Our dedicated Brain Health center is now open — advanced concussion and traumatic brain injury care, led by double board-certified physicians, with neuro-diagnostics on site.
Concussion and TBI affect vision, balance, cognition and mood in ways that rarely fit a single specialty. Traditional care forces patients to stitch together their own recovery across neurology, physical therapy, optometry and audiology. At The Performance Lab, those disciplines sit in one center — sharing one record and one plan.
Sub-specialized, physician-led care
The center is led by physicians double board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Brain Injury Medicine, working alongside a neurosurgeon and a hyperbaric medicine team. Care pairs advanced neuro-diagnostics with vestibular, vision and cognitive rehabilitation.
